So as you know, the first prototype is working (see here), so we're now working on productizing.
A couple of the bigger items there are:
- Making a custom PCB (see aipi.io, specifically here) as we'll be releasing it for others to use, as we realized it'll be a super-useful platform).
- Transitioning from Intel D435 depth to the depth engine in the Myriad X. We just got that working, but still has a way to go (see here).
- Getting neural inference to be done directly from the video feed on the Myriad X (instead of from a feed piped in over USB from a host). This part isn't started yet, but we hope soon.
So we've got 2 of the 3 at least initially proven and are hoping to explore 3 soon.
